I thought that you would find this Boudoir Photo Shoot Preparation Timeline useful to help you prepare yourself for your shoot. Of course, I'm always here to help answer any questions you may have. I also recommend joining my ladies only VIP group, it's full of women who have already had a shoot and like you who are thinking about having a shoot, you'll find oodles of advice in there too.
I know that you want me to create the most beautiful images of you, but did you realise that you'll have some work to do yourself before you come in for your boudoir shoot? No, I don't mean turning yourself into a gym bunny to get in shape (although I do recommend getting into the habit of doing some gentle stretching exercises - you'll thank me for this advice after your shoot!!).
The better you prepare, the more amazing your images will be. I want your whole experience to be fun from start to finish and I know the better prepare you are then the more you will enjoy your whole boudoir experience.
Check out this session preparation guide timeline, perhaps not everything will apply to you, maybe you'll think of more items to add to your own boudoir preparation timeline. If you think of more things to add, do share them in the VIP group - you never know other ladies on the group may find it useful.
I bet you didn't think there were so many things to do when planning your boudoir photo shoot! I know it looks like a lot, but I promise you planning ahead and following this preparation timeline will really help you to get ready for your shoot. Just imagine arriving at your shoot well prepared and relaxed knowing that you have everything you planned for.
I'd also recommend reading this blog post too which covers some more hints and tips on how to prepare for your boudoir shoot.
As you can see you really need to start planning your shoot at least 2 months in advance so that you can relax and enjoy all the preparation. I generally book out 2- 3 months in advance (especially in the winter months), so I strongly recommend booking a discovery call with me as soon as you can. I do occasionally have some reschedules, so don't panic just call me or click the button below to schedule a call with me and I can check what sessions I have available.
I hope you found this boudoir session preparation guide useful.
