A Secret Revealed!

I'll let you into a little secret -this website does not feature any boudoir models., the images you see are of my fabulous clients who have kindly allowed me to share their images.

I often hear this when I'm contacted - "I'd love to experience a boudoir photoshoot, but I know I won't look as good as the beautiful models on your website. I'm just not photogenic.

So many of the lovely ladies I have photographed over the years confessed to feeling this way before their boudoir photo shoot with me. I think it is an entirely natural fear, we all want to look and feel fabulous, but we seem to condition ourselves to expect the worst.

Why do these women look so fantastic?

There are 4 key ingredients to creating a beautiful image; Makeover, Posing, Lighting and Photoshop.

Makeover

The first is the makeover. Pampering by a professional hair and makeup artist not only helps to define your beauty but also makes you feel great even before you step in to the studio

Posing and Lighting

Posing and lighting are perhaps the most important elements in creating a stunning image. I don't expect anyone to know how to pose for the camera like a boudoir model. That's my job to gently guide and coach you throughout your boudoir photoshoot.

Posing is my superpower learned over the past 19 years of photographing women. The slight arch, twist or even breathing in or out can transform a good image into a great one.

Lighting is my paintbrush. I use light to highlight your body and shadows to sculpt parts of your body.

Photoshop

The last ingredient is, of course, Photoshop. I am a firm believer in getting an image right in-camera, which is why I am so particular about lighting and posing. Gentle editing is the final touch for your image.

When my clients come back for their viewing they often say "I can't believe that's me". I love showing my clients how very special they are, helping them reconnect with their own unique beauty.
